PROCESSING TIMES
Most items are handmade to order (with a lot of care) in our Mexico City studios. Here is a breakdown of what you need to know:
Ready-to-ship:
This category is for in-stock items. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and handed to our shipping partner.
Made-to-order:
This category is for items that need to be manufactured especially for you. Please allow up to 10 business days for production.
If your order contains items that are in stock and items that are specially made for you, they will ship together when all items are ready!
Pick-up at our Mexico City Studio
Simply select “Pick up” at checkout.You’ll be notified once your order is ready for collection. An pickup appointment has to be made once the order is ready.
Pickup location: Jojutla 25, La Condesa, Mexico City.
Domestic Shipping (Mexico)
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. You will receive tracking information when your order has been dispatched from our shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery: Estafeta for $10 USD - 2 to 3 business days in transit.
Freeshipping for orders over $300 USD.
Returned packages due to wrong address or refusal incur re-shipping fees or a $10 USD restocking fee if refunded.
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses, delivery delays or lost packages. No refunds are issued for lost mail.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. You will receive tracking information when your order has been dispatched from our shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery: FEDEX or DHL for $15 USD - 2 to 5 business days in transit.
We do not charge taxes for international orders at checkout. Customers with delivery addresses outside of the US & Canada are responsible for local taxes, customs duties, and inspections. We are not liable for these fees outside the US & Canada.
Returned packages due to wrong address or refusal incur re-shipping fees or a $25 USD restocking fee if refunded.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, delivery delays or lost packages. No refunds are issued for lost mail.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Eligibility
Eligible returns and exchanges are accepted until 15 days after the item is received.
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
Refunds exclude shipping, taxes, and duties.
CHNITA does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio.
If an item is, for some reason, received damaged, please email chnitacdmx@gmail.com immediately with a clear description of the item and include a photograph.
Exemptions
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
Returned packages due to refusal, wrong address, or unclaimed delivery are partially refundable (Domestic $10 USD, international $25 USD plus any FedEx/DHL return charges).
How to Proceed
Contact chnitacdmx@gmail.com with your order number and reason before returning.
Returns must include tracking, and customers bear the return shipping cost.
Customer Responsibility
Verify sizing using our guide or provide measurements if unsure.
